Services include, Trash pail emptying, sweeping, dusting, mopping, waxing, rug and furniture shampoo, cleaning interior windows, bathrooms. Frequency of cleaning is determined by the customer. Square footage of office space and desired cleaning are a part of the formula to determine the price for services, as is, the number of staff required. Services can be provided during the regular workday or after office hours and on weekends. A Gateway manager will survey site and services to develop pricing.
